Scope and contact
This policy describes the QuickQuack website at quickquackservices.store and its browser-local scheduling tools. Use the Contact page to prepare a privacy enquiry.
Information you enter
Team names or initials, roles, available weekdays, hour limits, hourly rates, shifts and schedules are stored in local storage in your browser. They are not uploaded to a QuickQuack database by this edition. Anyone with access to your browser profile may be able to view them.
Website requests
The hosting provider processes requests needed to deliver the website, which may include IP addresses, browser information, requested pages and technical logs. Google Fonts may receive requests when external fonts load.
Support and payments
If you choose to email a support enquiry, the content is handled through the email services you and the recipient use. Future live checkout information will be handled by the connected payment provider under its own privacy notice. This edition does not collect card numbers.
Retention and control
Local records remain in the browser until removed or site data is cleared. Export a separate backup before deleting information. Backup files can contain employee details and should be kept private.
Privacy rights
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing of personal information held by a service operator. Contact us for information about records held outside your browser. Local records can be deleted directly in Settings.
Changes
The published policy should be updated when cloud accounts, analytics, email delivery or live payment services are added.
