Using the service
Use QuickQuack lawfully and only for information and scheduling decisions you are authorised to manage. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the tools.
Service scope
QuickQuack provides a weekly schedule generator and local record tools. It does not provide payroll processing, automatic employee notifications, authenticated team accounts or employment-law compliance checks in this edition.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for accurate employee availability, rates, roles, breaks and shift requirements. Review every schedule before relying on it. The generator is a heuristic starting point and does not guarantee an optimal or fully staffed rota.
Working time and costs
Check rest periods, overtime, leave, adjacent-week shifts and all applicable employment obligations separately. Estimated costs are scheduled hours after entered unpaid breaks multiplied by base hourly rates. They exclude taxes, benefits, premiums and other payroll costs.
Local storage
Records are stored in this browser profile and may be lost if browser data is cleared, storage is unavailable or the device is changed. Export backups. A local workspace is not an authenticated online account.
Paid subscriptions
A paid subscription can be created only through an enabled payment provider with the plan, billing interval, taxes, renewal and cancellation terms disclosed before purchase. This edition’s order review takes no payment and grants no paid entitlement.
Availability and liability
We aim to provide useful tools but do not guarantee uninterrupted service or suitability for every business. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
