Free local workspace
There is no recurring charge for this edition’s local workspace. You can stop using it at any time. Export records you need and clear local data in Settings.
Active paid subscriptions
If live billing is enabled and you have purchased a subscription, use the payment provider’s management link or prepare a billing enquiry through Contact. Include the purchase email and order reference.
Timing and access
Request cancellation before the next renewal. The effective date and any remaining paid access are determined by the purchase terms, provider confirmation and applicable law. Keep the cancellation confirmation.
Refunds and records
Cancellation does not automatically refund a previous charge. See the Refund Policy. Export important schedules before closing an account or clearing local storage.
